Haley Truex

Haley is a mom of two, ages 7 and 2. She came to her first S.L.A.M class when her youngest was 6 weeks old. After moving to the Charlotte area right before COVID, she was ready to meet other moms and reap the mental and physical benefits of exercising outside with her kids. Now she is thrilled she can help bring a S.L.A.M community to the other side of Lake Norman! Haley is a certified ACE Group Fitness Instructor and a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach.
